Delete Your Account
We’re sorry to see you go! If you’d like to delete your account, please follow the steps below for the respective app you are using.
For Platinum Customer App:
Open the Platinum Carpet Cleaning Solutions Customer App:

Launch the app on your device. Navigate to Settings:

Tap the menu icon (☰) in the top-left corner.

Select Settings from the menu.

Delete Your Account: Tap on Delete Account under the Account Settings section.

Confirm the action in the alert message by clicking Confirm.

Provide a Reason: Choose a reason from the dropdown menu, or type your own in the provided field.Once you've selected a reason, tap Confirm to finalize the process

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?
Notification to Service Company: An automatic notification will be sent to your designated service company, signaling your intention to discontinue your account.
Grace Period: The service company will have a brief period of 2 working days to contact you to address any outstanding payment concerns or gather feedback.
Permanent Account Removal: After the grace period, your account will be permanently deleted along with any future bookings.Retention of Non-Personal Data:Your personal data will be removed, but historical booking information will be retained for auditing and record-keeping purposes.This retained information will not include sensitive personal details like contact or payment specifics.
Retained data will include details like the date and time of service and the employee assigned to the task.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account? An email will be sent to the Admin, including the reason you provided for account deletion.
